Handshake was such an easy and fun way for participants of the Being a Trusted Advisor program to stay connected to each other and to the content shared in the program. Those who took advantage of the platform were able to share their insights with other class members and engage with the larger, and ever-growing cadre of trusted advisor alumni walking the talk at MITRE everyday. I loved when participants would share insights and breakthroughs with each other, or when a particular posting from Andrea would spur discussion and conversation.
Handshake was also a fun way for Andrea, Noelle and I to motivate (or prod? 😊) participants to get into action!
